CFEH is now accepting referrals for our new collaborative clinic, working with Guide Dogs in Parramatta! Appointments are now available for CFEH diagnosis and management services from Feb 17th. Low vision services will follow soon.

Referrals can be made by using our convenient on-line referral form.
