Introducing: the Rapid Research Review podcast!
Hosted by our Research team, the Rapid Research Review podcast is a free resource for clinical optometrists. Each five minute episode will spotlight recent research articles that have clinical impact. By posing clinically relevant questions, our hosts will offer new ideas that can be implemented in your consulting room.
Mivision, the Ophthalmic Journal, have posted a short article about the Rapid Research Review and interviewed Dr Jack Phu. Dr Phu was inspired to start the Rapid Research Review podcast after he was invited to participate in the American Academy of Optometry’s (AAO) podcast program.
The Rapid Research Review is a pilot program which will initially consist of six episodes, but we hope to continue this series well into the new year.
How to download the Rapid Research Review podcast
The first three episodes are already available for download on Buzzsprout:
- Episode 1: Does your patient really have normal intraocular pressures?
- Episode 2: Is it possible to get reliable visual fields at every visit?
- Episode 3: Is the age of kinetic perimetry over?
Future episodes will be released on Mondays, and Fridays.
